Large grass paddocks allow horses to graze & roam naturally. Paddocks are well rested & always have adequate grazing all year round. Horses can either be on their own, in pairs or in a herd, depending on the horse & the owners preference.
There are four barns, consisting of eight stables in each. Each barn has its own secure, alarmed tack room, tack up area & bathrooms. The central covered passages leading through the centre of the barn gives total coverage to protect from wind, rain & have large doors that can close in winter.
The stables are spacious 3.5m x 3m brick stables in a barn-style configuration. Built-in food basins are at the optimal height. Every horse has a window allowing him to look out, which have large wooden shutters than can slide closed depending on the weather conditions.
